Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to the Periwinkle Place. Any non-damaged gift item or unworn Special Occasion apparel can be returned to Periwinkle Place within 30 days of purchase for exchange or credit in the same form as the original payment. Receipt is required and tags must be attached to the garment. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount for the original purchase no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. The cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Intact and unworn Christening, Communion or formal apparel is returnable within 10 days of purchase. The same return procedure as stated above is to be followed when returning Christening, Communion or formal apparel.
Shipping Policy
We can assure you that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship merchandise throughout the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order your estimated delivery date will be determined by the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order, excluding sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the contact us page if you wish to discuss international ordering options.
